(1) The regular fee includes workshop materials, one copy of IEEE workshop proceedings (CD-ROM), one ticket for workshop dinner (on Thursday 4/6), one copy of poster/demo proceedings (CD-ROM), welcome reception on Wednesday 3/6, coffee break refreshments and lunches on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 3-5/6, and the use of wireless internet connection. Each paper must have at least one author registered at regular rate by March 16.
(2) The student fee includes the same as the regular fee (see above), but it requires confirmation of the student's status (copy of up-to-date student ID should be sent along with the filled registration form).
(3) Up to two additional copies of workshop proceedings CD-ROMs may be ordered.
(4) Up to two additional workshop dinner tickets may be ordered.
(5) Up to two extra pages in IEEE proceedings (for a total of 8 IEEE two-column style pages) may be purchased at 100€ per page during the registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made with a fifty percent (50%) penalty upto thirty (30) days before the event. If you cancel, there are no cash refunds. In order to receive a credit or bank refund, CBMI 2009 organizers must receive a written and signed cancellation request, thirty (30) days prior to the event date. CBMI 2009 organizers reserve the right to charge one hundred percent (100%) of the registration amount, should you cancel zero to thirty (0-30) days prior to the date of the event. This charge will be made automatically through the bank's internal accounting system. Cancellation requests should be sent by email (cbmi2009@image.ntua.gr) or fax(+30 210 7722492).
